Hi! I’m Paul. I started Minuteman Software Solutions in Southern New Hampshire to get back to what I loved doing in the military – creating software and using technology to solve customer problems, without the red tape of the corporate world.
I’ve noticed a several points while in the technology space that issues are complicated. Simple solutions are not prioritized. And the way something looks is often elevated over its function. I think this is a backward model, and I want MSS to be the opposite of that – prioritizing function over form and simplicity over complicated.
Lastly, from different conversations I began to see how many companies are working around their technology, rather than having their technology work for them. Whether it’s different technologies that don’t work together, a product that becomes so ingrained in your company that it forces you to make certain decisions, or just lacking a technical solution all together.
